Take a strainer & rinse the poha under running water.Now keep it aside. Take a kadai, add oil & roast the peanuts.Once done,keep it aside.

Heat 2-tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds; when they start to splutter, add curry leaves.

Add chopped onions and sauté until onions turn translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes & boiled peas and salt.

Add all the spices & mix well.

Add soaked poha & mix well.

Add roasted peanuts.

Add lemon juice & coriander leaves.

Enjoy your poha with a cup of hot tea.
