Steps

Clean the mushroom by take outer layer of skin and rub lightly by cloth.

Chopped all

Make a paste by using mixer grinder

Take a nonstick karahi, add ghee and oil.

Add mushroom in karahi saute it for 2 minute than take it out.

Now add paste in karahi with leftover ghee.. Saute the pase add all spices in it.

Add curd and half cream in it.

Add sauted mushroom in gravy.

Mushroom cream masala is ready to serve
