Peel the sweet potatoes and grate using the slicer part.

Wash and allow the water to dry off a bit

Season with a little salt, sweet yaji and cinnamon powder. Mix thoroughly

Allow to sit for a few mins to enable the potato absorb the spices

Fry in hot oil to desired liking. I love mine a bit burnt

Serve and enjoy this tasty snack
