  1. Milk
  2. Sugar
  3. Water
  4. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the milk and sugar together

  2. 2

    Add in a little water and mix thoroughly, ensure to use very little water at a time to avoid making i watery

  3. 3

    Mold the mixture into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown
