4 pckarele
4onion slices
3chopped tomatoes
10green chilli
2 tbspcurd
1/2 tspsaunf
5 pinchkalonji
1 cupPaneer in small pieces
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

First cut the karela and all veggies

Heat the oil and fry karla for 5 to 10min add onion and fry till golden brown
3

Add tomatoes.green chilli haldi,salt,soaf,kalogi mix well add curd and cook 10 min
4

Add paneer cook 5 min

Now paneer karela is ready
