Ingredients

2 people
  • 2potatoes
  • 1/2 bowlpeas (frozen i used)
  • 1big tomato
  • 1small green chilli
  • 1 tbspChopped ginger
  • Little cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tbspturmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker,add oil and add cumin seeds and asafoetida (in a hot oil)

  2. 2

    Now after 1 second add ginger and chopped green chilli,and add chopped tomato,now add all the masalas along with salt

  3. 3

    After 3-4 minutes add potato and peas in the masala and add some water to make a gravy

  4. 4

    Close the lid and wait till 4 vessels and afterwards off the flame and serve it with your choice of bread.
