Steps

Grind together chilli, hung curd, mayonnaise to make a fine paste. Add salt to it.

Heat oil in a pan add onions, tomatoes paste, carrots and saute well add salt and chilli powder according to the taste. Add paneer cubes and keep aside.

Now take a kulcha spread hung curd paste on it,cover with another kulcha. On another kulcha spread paneer mixture and cover it.

Grease kulcha from both sides and toast it grill till golden. Ready to serve
