Mix flour salt and water and knead. Cut into 8 balls, roll Cut into four then shape then into triangles to Make the pockets.

Stuff the pockets, use flour paste to close up the pockets. Once you have finished fry them in hot oil till brown. Serve them with tea or as a snack.
