Steps

Prepare all the vegetables i.e tomatoes, onions. Break the eggs on a bowl

Heat oil on sufuria.if its hot already add onions then fry until golden brown

Add the chopped tomatoes and add salt until soft
- 4
Pour in the eggs mixture,keep over gentle heat while stirring with a fork until a creamy mixture is obtained

Remove from heat when ready and serve hot with ugali and veges
