Soak the soya chunks and grind it properly.

TAke a mixer jar. Put tomato dices, green chilli, ginger and garlic,grind this to make a thick paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices and pour this tomato paste. When cooked add salt and all other spices.

Add the grinded soya chunk and grated paneer in the mixture. Cook for 2 minutes and finally add chopped coriander leaves.

Take bread slices and add this mixture between bread slices. Fry the bread sandwich in the butter. Cut the sandwich into two and serve with grated cheese and tomato sauce.
