Ingredients

  • 2onions
  • 1 bowlchopped tomatoes
  • 2-3 table spoonchopped ginger
  • 2-3 table spoonchopped garlic
  • 3 table spoonchopped coriander leaves
  • as requiredsalt
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  • 4chicken leg piece
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add mustard seeds, onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, garam-masala in hot oil and toss it

  2. 2

    Fry the chicken pieces till half cooked

  3. 3

    Add two bowls of water and cook it till 20-25 minutes and your chicken curry is ready to serve.
