Yummy like your grandma would make!!!.. Good with skin on or peeled off your preference.. Made for Shepherd's pie so like no peel but I definitely keep them on for Thanksgiving!!!.. (Note when making this might want to add little bit of milk n cream as you mix.. you might like a different consistency)

Peel and chop potatoes and submerge in water and bring to a boil

About 30 minutes later(a fork will be able to slice thru easily) potatoes should be tender with fork.. Drain water from pot and add milk butter and cream

Mix on low speed with mixer

Season with salt pepper and garlic

Then it's done once season to your taste!
