Mix the marinade with the pork pieces and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a pan with oil, then coat the marinated pork with cornstarch and pan-fry.

Fry the pork on both sides until crispy and golden brown, then set aside. (If you prefer, you can deep-fry the pork instead.)

In another pan, heat oil and sauté the onion until fragrant.

Add the bell peppers and sauté, then add the sweet and sour sauce ingredients.

Add the pork pieces and stir-fry until well combined.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
