Simple Oven Roasted London Broil Simple Oven Roasted London Broil
Easy, delicious, tender, and quick. I use to work at an extrusion plant in the Die Repair department. We would have to put dies into a hot box at a temperature of 950° Fahrenheit, for big 20" dies, 750° Fahrenheit for the smaller ones. We roasted a whole turkey that was 16 pounds in about 12 minutes time. When you roast anything it will be over the 400° Fahrenheit temperature so there is no time to yawn, you got to do this right. See my last ingredient on my list and look at my link 😂 skunkmonkey101 -

I make it like this because I hate it cooked any other way. If it's made in the oven it's too tough, I won't touch it. Shari -
