Ingredients

1 boxRotini spiral pasta
1green pepper chopped coarsley
1/2red onion or 1 small slivered
1/2 cupchopped celery (mom uses more)
4green onions (mom uses more)
1 cupmushroom slices (mom doesn't use because they get brown)
1/2 packagefrozen peas rinsed in a colander
10-15pitted, ripe olives sliced
10cherry tomatoes halved
3/4 bottleItalian dressing (mom uses Ken's Italian with aged Romano)
Several shakes of red wine vinegar

Steps

Mom mixes it all up on one day and then let it sit over night, and adds extra dressing (sometimes vinegar) if the pasta absorbs it.
2

Mom makes pasta al dente. When done cooking the pasta put it in a colander and rinse cold water over it so it stops cooking it.
