  1. 1 canbutton mushrooms, washed and drained
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/4 barbutter or margarine
  4. 1 bunchfresh basil or 1 tsp dried
  5. to tasteSalt & pepper

  1. 1

    Melt butter in pan. Sauté garlic then drop in quarter sliced button mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Season with salt and pepper. Sauté mushrooms until cooked (15m).

  3. 3

    Drop in basil. (In photo: used dried) Mix in well. Turn off heat and transfer to serving plate.
