In a bowl,take clean prawns add ginger garlic paste,chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric and salt,chopped coriander and mix well

Now add rice flour, corn flour and sprinkle some water and mix well. Rest it for 15-20 mins

Deep fry the prawns in oil in batches

Garnish with fried curry leaves
