Beautiful over green veg and / or soba noodles. i had it with broccoli and brown rice 😋
And my guess is it would also work with salmon if you do fish 🐠

Ingredients

Makes about 1/4 cup
  1. Couple of handfuls of wild garlic
  2. 1-1 1/2 tbspmiso, white or brown
  3. 1bulb wet garlic, finely sliced
  4. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  5. 1 tsptoasted sesame oil - optional
  6. 2 tbspolive oil - or a neutral oil
  7. 1good few grinds of pepper - white or black
  8. Some toasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the two types of garlic and miso and lemon juice and the sesame oil if using in the blender. And blend til smooth.

    Gradually add the rest of the oil

    Taste. Depending on your tastebuds, add more miso or juice or leave as is... Add a few grinds of pepper and one more blitz.

    Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and enjoy 😋💚
