Ingredients

5-6 members
  • 2 cupBesan / gram flour
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1/2 tbspCardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in pan,add besan & saute on low flame,stirring continuously for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Add cardamom powder, remove from heat.Add sugar & mix well.

  3. 3

    Grease a tray,pour the mixture into tray,spread it evenly. Cool and cut into square shape.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with pistachio, almonds. Enjoy holi friends.
