Ingredients

  1. 1 kgrough wheat flour
  2. 250 mlpure ghee for moyan
  3. 300 gmsugar
  4. 4 tbspnsugar
  5. 1/2 tspgreen cardmom powder
  6. 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  7. as neededWater
  8. 500 mlOil or ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolved the sugar in 2cup of water.Take abig bowl add flour put pure Lukewarm ghee.mix and rub till becomes crumbled texture.

    Add all the ingredients except oil or ghee for frying.anf make a hard dough.if water required for kneeding you can take more water ke. Cover the double from wet muslin cloth. Keep side for 15 min.

    Make a ball and flattened it with help of the palm and design with fork or Fttt the ball in mould.

    Golden Fry it in hot oil at medium flame..in small batches.when it cool you can store in air tight jar.
