Here’s what’s needed👇

In a clean bowl pour in your tamarind, cover and let it soak for a few hours

On the other hand, in a clean pot, add in your mint leaves and grated ginger, pour in water and allow to boil

Sieve

And chill your juice while waiting for your tamarind

After few hours, blend to bring out the juice

Now pour in cold water

Then use your hands to squeeze out remaining juice

Add water

Use a sieve cloth to separate the juice from it’s particles

Now in a bowl or pitcher pour in your syrup

Your chilled mint and ginger juice
