Turn on the gas and put khadhai on it.
Mix besan,buttermilk, pudina chutney, salt and palak puree.....and blend it for 5 to 10 seconds.
Now put this batter in khadhai and start stiring it.
Keep medium flame. - 2
In the initial stage this batter will be thin in texture.
Keep on stirring it continuosly....and make sure there should not form any lumps in it.
Keep stirring fast till the batter turns in to thick texture.
As soon as it become thick.Pour this batter on already grease plateform. - 3
Spread this batter very fast as soon as it possible for u.
Now let it cool down for 10 min.
After cooling down cut it with the knife.
And start rolling slowly slowly khanvi..... as it's very soft....soo make sure u should roll it very softly and without pressing it. - 4
After rolling...heat the pan and put rai, jeera, dry chillies, curry leaves and hing in it.
Now pour this tadka on khanvi.
And garnish it with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
