Ingredients

  • 1whole chicken
  • 1 cuponion
  • 1 cupgreen bell pepper
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut up the whole chicken into pieces

    Add 3 tbsp oil in pan, add chicken pieces

    Cover and let chicken fry

    Turn chicken pieces so they cook second side

    Keep frying and turning until chicken cooked

    Add garlic, salt, onions and green bell pepper

    Stir fry a few minutes. Serve
