Ingredients

  • 1green pepper
  • 1white onion
  • 1 bunchspring onions
  • 1potato
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1egg yolk
  • 2 tsppork powder
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1rice paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the onion, pepper, and 5 cm long strips of spring onions.

  2. 2

    Grate the potato and carrot.

  3. 3

    Heat veg oil in a shallow pan.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients together and place on rice paper. Roll once,fold ends inward, continue rolling.

  5. 5

    Shallow fry until golden brown.
