Kadai paneer is very tasty dish it is served in the main course.
Steps

Firstly heat a pan roast the coriander seeds, kashmiri red chilli and cardamom.and grind it and keep aside

Heat the 2 tbsp oil in a same pan then fry onion till until golden, add then the onion paste and then fry for 1 min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 2 mins

Once it fried well add red chilli powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt to taste and fry well then next add tomato paste

Fry well till oil seprates next add paneer, capsicum and coriander, kashmiri red chilli, cardemam powder who keep aside mix well

Next add 1 cup water close the lid and cook for 2 mins open the lid add the kasuri methi mix welland switch of the flame

Kadai paneer is ready to serve
