Ingredients

30_40mins.
3 servings
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1&half tablespoon potash
  3. 1 tablespoonpowdered baobab leaves
  4. For taste
  5. Onion as desired
  6. Powdered pepper as desired
  7. Groundnut oil as desired
  8. Tomato as desired
  9. Seasoning (Maggi) as desired

Steps

30_40mins.
  1. 1

    Soak potash in warm water Seive flour and baobab in a mixing bowl pour the soaked potash into the flour and mix well until sticky.Get a pot and bring water to boil.

  2. 2

    Once the water starts to boil get a spoon and scoop your flour mixture into the boiling water.Ps:you can use ✋ to scoop. repeat the process till you are done putting in your mixture in boiling water. Get a clean bowl and pour cold water into the bowl after 20minutes put off the flame and put it inside cold water for good texture

  3. 3

    Fry oil with little onion. chop the onion and tomato. Serve in a plate with seasoning and pepper to taste.
