Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupself raising flour
  • 1/4 cupsweetened cocoa
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • Chocolate for ganache

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9" dish.

  2. 2

    Beat together oil and sugar, add eggs, stir in flour, cocoa and salt and mix. Then stir in vanilla.

  3. 3

    Bake for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool. Melt chocolate in microwave for a minute at a time then pour on warm brownies. EAT.
