Boil the meat and stockfish with maggi,salt,and any chicken spices of your choice me I like mix spices so boil till tender then add palm oil boil for 3min add ogbono,boil for 5minutes add crayfish,pepper,salt,knor cube,stir add okoro salt to taste.stir and add sliced ugu simmer a bit.
