In a pressure cooker put potato cauliflower carrot take 3 whistles and keep aside and mash it.

Cut the vegetables green Shimla Mirchi onion tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and green chilli and peas.

Put one tablespoon oil and butter 100 gram and add onions and ginger garlic paste and Fry for 2 minutes then add green Shimla Mirchi and tomatoes fry for 5 minutes add turmeric red chilli powder and one tablespoon pav bhaji masala and salt as per taste and fry for 2 minutes then add the the boiled Mash vegetables and mix it well then cover and cook for 15 minutes then add one tablespoon pav bhaji masala left then add one tablespoon butter on them and coriander leaves and cook for 5 mins.

Pav Bhaji is ready and last add lemon juice 1 tbsp.

Heat the Tawa and roast the pav two sides serve with Bhaji and garnish with the chopped onions and lemon and butter.The tasty Pav Bhaji is ready.
