Ingredients

  • 500 gmgrated papaya
  • 150 gmsemolina
  • 100 gmkhoya
  • To tastesugar
  • Pinchcardamom
  • 2 tbspghee
  • As neededdry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in wok add semolina roast it, now add grated papaya, cooked on medium flame, when it will be sot add pinch cardamom and sugar to taste.

  2. 2

    Mix well add khota and dry fruits.

  3. 3

    Papaya halva is ready, garnish with chopped dry fruits.
