Take a bowl add potato onion coriander, salt red chilli and jeet powder mix well.

Now take a small ball or wheat dough, roll it, stuff with potatoes mixture, bind it and roll it.

Apply ghee on tava, spread paratha cooked it both sides.

Serve with ghee butter and curd.
