First let us prepare batter for appam take rava in big mixing bowl and 1/2 cup of curd.stir until mixed well

Chop onion,tomato and capsicum and add it into batter

Add salt, black pepper mix every thing well

If batter is too thick add some water to it make it thin

Tje consistency is now correct and keep aside the batter for 10mins for set.

The batter is almost ready now add baking soda at the end Mix it well but dont stir it much

The batter is now done and ready to make appam pour drop 2 to 3 drops on appam maker

Now pour 1 teaspoon batter in each mould and cover and let them keep for 3 min in medium flame

Check the appam after 3 mins are done the appam have puffed well flip the another side and cook.
