Parboil your rice and set aside

Put your empty pot on fire...add red oil..allow to bleach a little then you add your onions...stir and add your curry leaves

Mix your tomoto puree with little water.... To remove sour taste..then add into the pot...fry to your taste..then add your fish, pepper, maggi, salt

Allow to boil for some minutes..

Then wash your per boiled rice and add

Add water if the water won't done the rice..covet the pot and allow to dry... Then you bring down
