Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmoong daal (yellow daal) soak over night
  • 1 And 1/2 bowl desi ghee / clarified butter
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 1 glassmilk
  • As neededdry fruits cut in small pieces
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly remove water from daal and grind it well

  2. 2

    Now take a wok add ghee And grinded daal

  3. 3

    When it colour becomes little brown add milk And food colour (optional) in it add sugar And mix well

  4. 4

    Garnish with dry fruits and serve it hot
