Cut the fish, wash it and season with salt and seasoning add little water o book the fish.

Boil the fish, allow it to cool down very well and carefully debone. Blend all the bones including the head and set aside

Cut the onions including the leaf and the carrots and set aside

Place a dry pot over the heat, put little oil, let it heat add onions, stir fry and add the carrots fry for while and add the onions leaf, add curry, dry pepper, seasoning, and pour the blended bones. Cover it and allow it to boil then add fish turn it together cover it and let it boil very well but always stir with a spatular to avoid it sticking to the pot. If you are using flour or corn flour as a thickener mix in a bowl with small water before adding it to the boiling sauce,

Stir for few second's before turning off the heat.
