Cut dry fruits and mix them in suji.

Now mix sugar and off stove

Make a hard dough of maida.

Leave it for 1/2 hour.

Now make small balls of maida and then make a chapatti of it.

Now put it in the mould.

Now fill mixture in it.

Now close the mould.

This is done so that extra maida will be separated.

Now fry this gujija shaped sweet in pan with oil.

After 5 minutes turn off the stove and serve it in a finishing plate.
