Steps

Add salt to all purpose flour.
Then add moyan.Knead dough using warm water. - 2
Now take small ball and roll thin like roti. Cut it into rectangular shape.
Fill halwa in it like we do in spring roll. - 3
Dip rolls and fry medium flame.
Layer of rolls should not be thick otherwise it will be raw from inside. - 4
Now cut rolls from middle.
Spread sugar syrup and serve. - 5
For sugar syrup:cook sugar, water and kesar thread till it become one thread syrup. Now turn off gas and add rose essence.
