Cook your rice and set aside

Wash your ugu and waterleaf, dice your onion, pepper, etc

Cook and shred your fish to remove bones

In a pot, pour your oil and allow to cook on medium heat. Add ur onion and fry a little. You can fry your crayfish as well.

Now put your water leaf along with the pepper, then spice with salt, stock cube. Allow to cook for 5minutes before adding your ugu and shredding fish. Cook for a little time and bring it down
