BHAKARWADI MASALA STUFFING RECIPE: Take the masala stuffing in mixer grinder and blend the masala to coarse powder.

BHAKRWADI DOUGH RECIPE: In a bowl take maida, besan, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and asafoetida and mix it well.

Add hot oil to the flour, crumble the oil and knead to a tight dough, cover with moist cloth and rest for 15-20 minutes.

ROLLING BHAKARWADI RECIPE: Take a large ball of dough and flatten it using rolling pin, brush with oil and spread the masala leaving the sides then roll it very tightly.

Further, cut the roll to 2 cm long, deep fry the rolls till they turn golden brown.

Take out in kitchen towel and now Bhakharwadi is ready to serve.
