I once saw this during our Cookpad practical classes...i can't remember the name but it used molten chocolate. I had to twist part of the recipe and do it on my own. Yummy Yummy Yummy

Deep fry the mid sections till golden brown.

To make the sugar syrup, you have to boil sugar and the water (ratio 1:1) a sauce pan until until it reaches a honey-like consistency.

Add the bites on the syrup and toss/stir until evenly coated.

Leave to cool

When ready serve. It will look like sugar sprinkles.
