Ingredients

1 tspgarlic paste
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
1/2 tspOregon
1and 1/2 tsp cornflour
2 tspbutter
as neededOil for shallow frying
as neededLittle water
2 tspGrated cheese

Steps

In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it by adding 1tsp water. Coat the paneer pieces on both sides with this batter. keep it aside for 10- 15 minutes.

In a pan heat butter and shallow fry paneer pieces on both sides till done.Garnish with grated cheese.

Relish the paneer with chutney, mayonnaise or tomato sauce.
