Soak a cup of basmati rice for 30 mins. Then drain water and grind that to a coarse mixture.

Heat a heavy bottom pan or nonstick pan add a spoon Of ghee then add this powder and sugar and mix well.then add milk and keep stirring.

Keep stirring until rice is cooked and milk reduces to half. Then add cardomom powder. After it thickens add milkmaid give a stir and off the stove. Then top it with ghee fried raisins and cashews and pistas.
