Heat a pan with 2 tbspoons of oil and do the seasoning with cumin seeds.

Fry onions till brown and add salt, masala powder, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder and mix well. Add all the veggies and cook for five minutes stirring.

Add the mashed potatoes, corn flour and bread cumps and fold them together.

While stirring with ladle mix well without any lumps.
Transfer the stuff on a plate and allow to cool. - 5
Make oval shape elongated balls and insert each in to a bread stick. Heat oil and fry them gently one by one to golden brown and serve with any sauce.
