Ingredients

25 minutes
5 servings
  • 1 bowlGrated carrot, cabbage,beetroot, cauliflower
  • 3Boiled well and mashed potatoes
  • 1Very finely chopped onions
  • 2 tea spoonsGarlic ginger paste
  • 1 tea spoonVegetable Masala powder
  • 1/2 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  • 1 cupBread crumps or Rusk powder
  • 2 tbspoonsCorn flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 10 to 12Bread sticks
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan with 2 tbspoons of oil and do the seasoning with cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Fry onions till brown and add salt, masala powder, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder and mix well. Add all the veggies and cook for five minutes stirring.

  3. 3

    Add the mashed potatoes, corn flour and bread cumps and fold them together.

  4. 4

    While stirring with ladle mix well without any lumps.
    Transfer the stuff on a plate and allow to cool.

  5. 5

    Make oval shape elongated balls and insert each in to a bread stick. Heat oil and fry them gently one by one to golden brown and serve with any sauce.
