Ingredients

  1. 100 gsquid cleaned
  2. 1medium onions chopped
  3. 4 clovesgarlic chopped
  4. 1big tomato chopped
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 2 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the pan. Add cooking oil, sautee the garlic till it turns light brown. Now add up the onions for a min till it turns light. Put the tomatoes and bay leaf. Stir until it softens. Mashed up the tomatoes while stirring.

    Now put the squid and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add up the soysauce, lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy
