Gur (jaggery) Mithi roti

In bowl add 1 glass water and gur. Mix and keep aside for 1-2 hrs till all gur dissolve.

In other bowl take flour, add fennel seeds. Black pepper. Salt. 1 tbsp ghee mix well.

Now stain gur water.add water in flour accordingly to make soft dough

Make same size ball. Make small chapaties.

Heat the tawa. Put chapati on tawa and shallow fry both side. And apply ghee also

Now roti is ready
