Take a bowl add maida,salt and warm ghee. Crumbled the maida nicely.Add lukewarm water to makes dough.Cover it and rest it for 10 mints

Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee,add all dryfruits stir 1 mints,than add khoya,green cadamom powder and sugar mix it well.

Take a ball size from dough roll it as round shape stuff the khoya mixture fold it and shape it as your choice.Deep fry the Gujiya on low flame.

Khoya Gujiya is ready.Preserve it on a air tight container for 4-5 days.
