Steps

Wash and chop the tomato, peppers and onions

In a clean pot, pour in the olive oil and set on heat. Pour in the chopped tomatoes, peppers and onions and stir fry. Add the spices, stir, pour in the water and cover the pot.

Once it starts to boil, add the ground crayfish and the noodles then cover the pot and allow to cook till almost done.

Pour in the chopped green veggies, stir to combine the set off heat

Serve with boiled egg or a side of salad or moimoi etc.
