Choux Pastry with chocolate custard filling

For pastry. Bring to boil milk and butter. Turn off the heat, add in flour, mix untill well combined. Chill the batter for 5 mins then add the egg into batter one at a time, wisk it well.

Bake it in preheated oven to 200 Celcius for 20 mins, lower the temperature to 170 Celcius then bake it for 10 mins. Do not open the oven until its done the cooking time.

For the chocolate custard filling. In the saucepan, combine cornstarch, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg yolks, salt, mix well. Add milk then bring it to boil until thickened up.

For glaze: Heat the cream and pour it into chopped chocolate and butter, stir it until all melted.
