Mix flour, water, sugar, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, pinch of salt, milk and egg to form a watery batter

Get a non-stick pan, scoop in batter like pancakes and fry while turning

When fried, whisk your eggs and keep aside, add your minced meat in the center of each crepe. Fold from sides and roll. Dip in whisked eggs and roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat each method for each crepe and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with dipping of your choice
