Parboil the bitter leaf and wash it same with the scent leaf, when washed, put then in a bowl add the washed oziza, pepper, crayfish and ground. When that is done pour it in the pot and put on the fire allow to boil.

Add the washed meat, stock fish, dry fine salt and maggi allow to cook add red oil, allow to cook the its start to thicken up add the fish, cook taste for salt the put down.

Sever with any meal of your choice.
